Tezza
Tezza produces wines from Valpolicella, the Veneto region of northern Italy renowned for its distinctive dried-grape method. The winery's portfolio centers on Amarone della Valpolicella and Recioto della Valpolicella—wines built from Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone grapes dried to concentrate their sugars and structure. The Brolo delle Giare Recioto della Valpolicella Valpantena, a blend of Rondinella, Corvina, and Oseleta, represents the winery's work with the region's traditional appassimento technique. Both the standard Amarone della Valpolicella and its Valpantena designation showcase the depth that emerges when grapes are partially dried before fermentation. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Spectator have rated Tezza's releases.
