Thistle

Thistle produces wines from Oregon's Dundee Hills, a subregion of the Willamette Valley known for cool-climate Pinot Noir and white varietals. The winery's Pinot Blanc demonstrates the region's capacity for mineral-driven whites with acidity and structure. The MacDougall, a Pinot Noir, reflects the Dundee Hills' signature elegance and complexity in the variety. A Chardonnay rounds out the portfolio. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff.
