Trappolini produces wines from Lazio, the region surrounding Rome in central Italy. The winery focuses on indigenous white varieties native to the area. Procanico, made from the Procanico grape, stands as the flagship expression and has earned recognition from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff. Brecceto Grechetto, crafted from Grechetto, represents a second pillar of the portfolio. Grechetto, also from the same variety, rounds out the core lineup.
