Triebaumer

Triebaumer produces wines from the Neusiedlersee region of Burgenland, Austria's easternmost wine territory. The winery's portfolio centers on two distinct expressions: Gelber Muskateller, a white variety native to the region, and Cabernet Franc, which thrives in the warm continental climate. The Ruster Ausbruch Gelber Muskateller—a botrytized dessert wine—and the dry Gelber Muskateller showcase the aromatic potential of this grape, while Gillesberg, a Cabernet Franc, demonstrates the winery's work with red varieties. Neusiedlersee's shallow lake moderates temperatures and encourages noble rot, conditions that favor both the concentrated sweetness of Ausbruch wines and the ripeness required for structured reds. Falstaff, Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter have rated the winery's releases.
