UDACA produces wines from Dão, the granite-bedded heart of Portugal's Beiras region. The winery works with the indigenous varieties that define the area: Encruzado for white wines of mineral precision, and a constellation of reds—Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro Preto, Tinta Roriz, and Jaen—that thrive in Dão's cool continental climate. The Adro da Sé Encruzado expresses the region's signature white character. In red, the Adro da Sé Reserva blends four regional varieties into a structured whole, while the Tesouro da Sé Private Selection focuses on Touriga Nacional, the variety most prized for depth and aging potential in central Portugal. Wine Enthusiast has rated the portfolio.
