Vicentini Agostino operates in Valpolicella, the Veneto region of Northern Italy renowned for its volcanic soils and white wine tradition. The winery focuses on Garganega, the signature variety of nearby Soave, producing wines that reflect the mineral character and crisp acidity of the area. Il Casale, a pure Garganega expression, stands as the flagship. Soave Superiore, also Garganega-based, and Vigneto Terre Lunghe Soave, a blend of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, complete the portfolio.
