Villa Erbice

Villa Erbice sits in Valpolicella, the Veneto region of northern Italy renowned for its distinctive dried-grape wines. The winery produces three flagship expressions that have drawn assessment from major critics including Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Decanter. The Vigneto Tremenel Amarone della Valpolicella, a blend of Molinara, Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvina Grossa, anchors the portfolio. Amarone, made from partially dried grapes, develops concentrated dark fruit and structured tannins—a style that defines the region's character. The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore, built from the same core varieties, offers a more immediate expression of the terroir, using the traditional ripasso method to deepen color and body. A departure into white wine, the Vigneto Liorsi Recioto di Soave, made from Garganega grapes, represents the region's sweet-wine tradition: delicate, aromatic, and made from air-dried fruit. These three wines reflect the technical precision and regional identity central to Valpolicella winemaking—from the structured reds that age gracefully to the nuanced sweetness of Soave's signature style.
