The winery's portfolio centers on the classic varieties of the zone: Corvina, Rondinella, and Corvinone, which form the backbone of its flagship expressions. The Amarone della Valpolicella Classico—a wine of concentrated fruit and structure built from partially dried grapes—anchors the range. Alongside it sits the Pal Sun Recioto della Valpolicella Classico, a sweeter expression of the same fruit, and the Campo San Vito Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, which employs the traditional ripasso method to deepen color and texture.
