Vivera produces wines from Etna, the volcanic region of southeastern Sicily where mineral-rich soils and altitude shape distinctive expressions of indigenous grapes. The winery focuses on Carricante, a white variety native to the slopes, and Nerello Mascalese, the region's signature red. Salisire Contrada Martinella Bianco and Salisire Etna Bianco showcase Carricante's crisp, mineral character across different vineyard sites. Martinella Etna Rosso, built from Nerello Mascalese, reflects the variety's characteristic elegance and structure.
