Volver produces wines from Jumilla, a region in Murcia known for bold reds and distinctive whites shaped by its continental climate and ancient vineyard sites. The winery's portfolio centers on three flagship expressions: Triga Chardonnay Fermentado en Barrica, a barrel-fermented white that demonstrates the region's capacity for structured, complex Chardonnay; Triga, a Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon blend that marries local tradition with international varieties; and Cuvée Old Vines Unfiltered, a Tempranillo drawn from mature vines. These wines have been assessed by Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator. Jumilla's elevation and mineral-rich soils lend texture and precision to both red and white production, characteristics evident across Volver's range.
