Winzerhof Stift

Winzerhof Stift operates in Weinland, the eastern wine region of Niederösterreich, Austria's largest wine-producing state. The winery focuses on two of Austria's signature white varieties: Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. Its flagship Methusalem Grüner Veltliner and Riesling Vom Urgestein have been assessed by Falstaff, the influential Austrian wine critic. The Tante Mitzi Grüner Veltliner rounds out the portfolio. Weinland's continental climate and loess-rich soils favor crisp, mineral-driven whites with bright acidity—the hallmark of Austrian viticulture. Grüner Veltliner brings herbaceous notes and peppery spice, while Riesling offers aromatic complexity and precision. These wines reflect the region's tradition of cool-climate white wine excellence.
