Zanoni produces wines from Valpolicella, the Veneto region of northern Italy renowned for its distinctive dried-grape reds. The winery's portfolio centers on the traditional varieties of the appellation: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, each contributing structure and dark fruit character to wines of varying intensity. The Zovo Amarone della Valpolicella, a blend of Corvinone, Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta, represents the region's signature style—grapes dried to concentrate sugars and tannins, then fermented to full body and complexity. The Zovo Valpolicella Superiore, built from Molinara, Corvina, and Corvinone, offers a more measured expression of the same terroir. A straightforward Valpolicella rounds the range, blending Corvina, Molinara, and Rondinella for everyday drinking.
