Zardetto produces Prosecco in Veneto's Conegliano Valdobbiadene region, where the Glera grape thrives on hillside terrain. The winery's portfolio centers on Prosecco Superiore expressions across brut and extra dry styles. The Refosco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut and Z Long Charmat Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut represent the core range, both crafted from Glera using the Charmat method. A Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry rounds out the lineup. Prosecco from this subregion is marked by delicate stone fruit, floral notes, and crisp acidity—characteristics shaped by the area's microclimate and chalky soils. Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Falstaff have rated Zardetto's releases.
