Zenato produces wines from Veneto in Northern Italy, a region celebrated for its distinctive white and red expressions. The winery's Soave Classico Colombara, made from Garganega, demonstrates the mineral precision and structure that define the region's most refined whites. In the Valpolicella zone, Zenato crafts Amarone della Valpolicella in multiple expressions: the Archivio Storico, a blend of Croatina, Corvina, Oseleta, and Rondinella, and the Classico Riserva, built on Rondinella and Corvina. These wines reflect the traditional appassimento method—drying grapes to concentrate flavor and structure—that characterizes the appellation.
