Locals seeking a consistent neighbourhood room, visitors wanting a traditional brasserie experience after seeing the cathedral, and anyone preferring a steady, all-day café over a tasting-menu commitment.

The signatures: sole meunière, entrecôte charolaise, or richer traditional plates like rognons de veau sauce au Lillet and foie de veau. Stick to the straightforward classics.

Anything to know before you go?

Accepted Answer

It’s open from 8:30 AM to 11 PM daily with continuous service. The experience is front-of-house led, geared toward managing a diverse crowd in a high-traffic historic square.
