Adega O Cabalin works the steep granite slopes of Valdeorras in Galicia, Spain's northwestern wine region. Viladequinta, a field blend of Caiño tinto, Alvarelhao, Garnacha Tintorera, Trousseau, and Mencía, expresses the complexity of Valdeorras' old-vine vineyards.
