Daterra Viticultores operates in Ribeira Sacra, Galicia's steep-terraced river valley where ancient granite slopes and Atlantic influence shape distinctive white and red wines. The winery works with the region's signature varieties: Godello and Treixadura for whites of mineral precision, and Mencia alongside Trousseau and other dark grapes for reds of structure and depth. Erea do Pobo, a white blend of Godello, Treixadura, and Doña Blanca, represents the winery's approach to capturing the terroir's complexity. Erea da Vila, another Godello-led white, and Azos a Galga, a field blend of five red varieties, demonstrate the range of expression possible within Ribeira Sacra's challenging vineyard sites.
