Anatolikos produces wines from Continental Greece, a region defined by cool mountain elevations and diurnal temperature swings that sharpen acidity and deepen color. The winery works with indigenous varieties—Limnio, an ancient Greek grape with mineral precision, and Mavroudi Arachovis, a structured red from Thrace—alongside Cabernet Sauvignon. The Fine Mavroudi of Thrace, a blend of Mavroudi Arachovis and Cabernet Sauvignon, demonstrates the interplay between local character and international grape discipline. Limnio Organic, made from the winery's organic plantings of the namesake variety, and the Natural Red, a field blend of Limnio and Mavroudi Arachovis, round out the portfolio.
