Capolino Perlingieri works with the native grapes of Campania, the volcanic region of southern Italy where Mediterranean warmth and mineral-rich soils shape distinctive white and red wines. The winery's Talento Aglianico, a dark-skinned variety rooted in Campania's tradition, has drawn attention from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Advocate, and Wine Spectator. Alongside it sit two whites: Preta Falanghina and Nembo Fiano, both indigenous to the region and prized for their aromatic intensity and food-friendly acidity. Falanghina brings herbal and citrus notes typical of the variety, while Fiano offers structure and mineral character. These three wines represent the core of what the winery produces—expressions of Campania's terroir through grapes that have grown there for centuries.
