Cedric Vincent produces wines from Beaujolais, the storied French region renowned for its Gamay-driven reds and mineral-driven whites. The winery's Vieilles Vignes Beaujolais, made from old-vine Gamay, captures the region's signature lightness and bright acidity. A Beaujolais Blanc built on Chardonnay offers the crisp, food-friendly character typical of white Beaujolais. The Des Pierres Dorées Chardonnay, named for the golden limestone hills that define the terroir, rounds out the portfolio with a more structured expression of the region's white grape.
