Degani produces Amarone della Valpolicella from the hillsides of northeastern Italy's Valpolicella region. The winery's portfolio centers on the traditional dried-grape style that defines the zone: La Rosta Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, both built from Corvina and Rondinella with supporting Molinara. I Cimbri Amarone della Valpolicella rounds out the range. These wines reflect the region's signature method—grapes dried before fermentation to concentrate sugars and tannins—yielding rich, structured reds with dark fruit and spice.
