Rousseau bottles four Grands Crus from Gevrey-Chambertin — Chambertin Clos de Bèze, Clos de La Roche, Mazy-Chambertin, and Ruchottes-Chambertin Clos des Ruchottes. Pinot Noir is the only red grape; a Bourgogne Blanc covers the Chardonnay corner of a thirteen-wine portfolio.
