Domaine Daniel Dugois

Domaine Daniel Dugois produces wines from Côtes du Jura, the heart of France's distinctive northeastern wine region. The domaine focuses on Savagnin, the white grape that defines Jura's identity. Its flagship Vin Jaune—a naturally oxidized wine aged under flor—represents the region's most demanding and complex expression. The domaine also makes Sous Voile Savagnin, which captures the grape's mineral character under a protective veil of yeast, and a standard Savagnin that shows the variety's aromatic range. Wine Advocate, Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast have all assessed the domaine's releases. Jura's continental climate and limestone-rich soils create wines of precision and structure, and Savagnin in particular yields high-acid, layered whites suited to extended aging.
