Estones produces wines from Catalunya that draw on the region's native varieties and Mediterranean character. The winery works with Cariñena, Grenache, and Samsó—grapes that thrive in Catalonian terroir and express the area's mineral-driven, structured style. Coster d'en Fornós, a Cariñena-based wine, and GS Terces, a blend of Grenache and Samsó, represent the core of the portfolio and have been assessed by Decanter. Set Tota la Vida, also built from Grenache and Samsó, rounds out the lineup. These wines reflect the earthy, complex profile characteristic of eastern Spanish viticulture, where old vines and careful winemaking yield depth and balance.
