Fattoria La Rivolta produces wines from Campania, in Southern Italy's volcanic terrain. The winery works with indigenous varieties that define the region: Aglianico and Piedirosso anchor Simbiosi, a red that marries structure with the dark-fruit character typical of these grapes. Greco and Falanghina, both white varieties native to Campania, appear in Sannio Taburno Greco and Taburno Falanghina del Sannio respectively. Greco brings mineral tension and orchard fruit; Falanghina offers aromatic complexity and crisp acidity. The winery's portfolio reflects Campania's volcanic soils and Mediterranean climate, where these varieties have thrived for centuries. Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter have all rated the estate's wines.
