Sclavia works with Pallagrello varieties in Campania, the southern Italian region known for volcanic soils and indigenous grapes. The winery's portfolio centers on two native cultivars: Pallagrello Nero, a dark-skinned variety that yields structured reds, and Pallagrello Bianco, its white counterpart. Lucia A Monticelli, a Pallagrello Nero expression, and Calu', made from Pallagrello Bianco, represent the core of the range. Montecardillo, another Pallagrello Nero wine, rounds out the lineup.
