The winery's portfolio centers on Sangiovese, the region's defining red variety—a grape known for its structure, acidity, and ability to age. Ludié, a Sangiovese, stands as the winery's flagship expression and has earned recognition from Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast. Vigna Casanova Riserva, also Sangiovese-based, represents another core offering. Beyond red wines, Fattoria Lavacchio produces Vin Santo del Chianti Rufina Riserva, the region's traditional fortified wine made from Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes—a wine of oxidative complexity and dried-fruit character.
