Fattoria Le Fonti produces wines from Chianti, the heart of Toscana's wine country. The estate works with the region's signature varieties: Sangiovese, the backbone of Chianti's structure and acidity, and the white grapes Malvasia and Trebbiano. The flagship Vito Arturo, a Sangiovese, has been assessed by Wine Spectator and Falstaff. The Chianti Classico Riserva, also Sangiovese-based, reflects the depth expected of the region's reserve tier. Vin Santo del Chianti Classico, the traditional fortified white made from Malvasia and Trebbiano, rounds the portfolio—a wine of oxidative complexity and dried-fruit character typical of the style. Wine Spectator and Falstaff have rated the winery's output.
