Aglianico forms the core of its portfolio—a dark, structured red with the mineral intensity characteristic of Southern Italian mountain vineyards. The Benevento Aglianico and Aglianico del Taburno Riserva represent the winery's expression of this demanding variety, which requires careful handling to reveal its depth. Falanghina, a white grape native to Campania, appears in the Taburno Falanghina del Sannio, offering the crisp, mineral profile typical of the variety.
