L'Aigle à Deux Têtes

L'Aigle à Deux Têtes produces wines from Côtes du Jura, the heart of France's distinctive alpine wine region. The winery works with the classic grapes of Jura: Chardonnay, Savagnin, and Poulsard—varieties shaped by the region's continental climate and limestone-clay soils. Derrière la Roche, a Chardonnay, and Les Clous Naturé, made from Savagnin, represent the winery's approach to white wine. The Côtes du Jura cuvée, built on Poulsard, captures the region's tradition of elegant, mineral-driven reds. These wines have been assessed by Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Spectator.
