L'Oliveto
L'Oliveto produces wines from Russian River Valley, the cool-climate heart of Sonoma County's North Coast. The winery focuses on three core expressions: a Cabernet Sauvignon that balances the variety's structure with the region's moderate ripening conditions, a Barrel Fermented Chardonnay that captures the textural complexity oak aging brings to the varietal, and a Pinot Noir suited to the valley's maritime influence and diurnal temperature swings.
