Mas Cristine produces wines from Languedoc-Roussillon, the sprawling southern French region known for its Mediterranean climate and diverse terroir. The winery focuses on the distinctive fortified and dry white styles of Roussillon. Its Rivesaltes, a blend of Muscat Blanc, Grenache Blanc, and Grenache Gris, represents the region's tradition of complex, age-worthy fortified wines. The Muscat de Rivesaltes, made from Muscat Blanc and Muscat of Alexandria, captures the aromatic intensity characteristic of these noble varieties. On the dry side, the Côtes du Roussillon Blanc—a multi-varietal blend of Marsanne, Grenache Gris, Roussanne, Macabeo, and Grenache Blanc—demonstrates the textural range possible in the region's white wines.
