Phelps Creek produces wines from Oregon's Columbia Gorge, a region defined by cool-climate intensity and the moderating influence of the Columbia River. The winery's Cabernet Franc expresses the dark-fruit structure and herbal complexity characteristic of the variety in cooler terroirs. Its Syrah captures the peppery, mineral-driven character that Syrah develops in the Gorge's distinctive conditions. The Lynette Chardonnay rounds out the portfolio with the stone fruit and acidity typical of cool-climate white wine production.
