The winery's portfolio centers on Prosecco, the region's signature sparkling wine made from Glera. Blue Prosecco Brut and Prosecco Extra Dry represent the house's work with this variety—the former drier and more complex, the latter softer and more approachable. Beyond sparkling wines, Pitars makes Naos, a red blend of Cabernet Franc, Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, and Merlot that reflects the region's capacity for serious still wines. Refosco, native to Friuli, brings structure and dark fruit; Cabernet Franc adds aromatic depth; Merlot rounds the blend.
