Sertura works with the native grapes of Campania, Italy's volcanic southern region. The winery produces Aglianico, a dark-skinned variety that yields structured reds with mineral depth, and Fiano, a white grape prized for its aromatic complexity and aging potential. Among Sertura's offerings are a straight Aglianico and Taurasi, the region's flagship expression of the same grape—both have drawn assessment from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Decanter. The winery also makes Fiano di Avellino, the denomination-protected white that showcases Fiano's character in its native terroir.
