Storks Tower produces wines from Castilla y León, Spain's expansive continental plateau. The winery works with the region's signature grapes—Tempranillo and the aromatic white Verdejo—alongside international varieties including Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc. The Sauvignon Blanc–Verdejo blend shows the mineral precision of the region's high-altitude vineyards, while the Cuesta del Aire Tempranillo–Shiraz marries Spanish structure with the darker fruit of Syrah. A rosé of Tempranillo and Shiraz rounds out the portfolio. Wine Enthusiast and Wine Advocate have rated the winery's releases.
