Terres Dorées produces Gamay from Beaujolais, the French region renowned for elegant, fruit-forward reds built on granite and schist soils. The winery's portfolio centers on cru Beaujolais—the region's most serious expressions. Moulin à Vent La Rochelle, a structured Gamay from one of Beaujolais's most prestigious terroirs, has drawn attention from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Decanter, Falstaff, and Wine Spectator. Grille Midi Fleurie and Les Garants Fleurie, both Gamay-based, similarly reflect the winery's focus on the cru villages where Gamay achieves depth and complexity.
