Tutela

Tutela produces wines from Veneto in Northern Italy, drawing on the region's classical varieties and winemaking traditions. The winery's portfolio centers on the grapes native to the Valpolicella zone—Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara—which form the backbone of its Amarone della Valpolicella and Valpolicella Classico Superiore. The Amarone, made from air-dried grapes, achieves a rich, concentrated expression; the Valpolicella Classico Superiore offers a more immediate, structured interpretation of the same terroir. Tutela also produces Chianti, built on Sangiovese, extending its reach into Tuscany's signature varietal. Wines from the winery have been assessed by Decanter, Wine Spectator, and Wine Enthusiast, reflecting their presence in the broader critical conversation around Italian reds.
