Vallone produces wines from Puglia, the sun-soaked region at the heel of Southern Italy. The winery's portfolio centers on indigenous grapes—Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera—that thrive in the region's warm, maritime climate. Vereto Salice Salentino Rosso, a pure Negroamaro expression, and Vigna Flaminio Brindisi Rosso, a blend of Malvasia Nera, Montepulciano, and Negroamaro, represent the winery's focus on Puglian terroir. Both wines have been assessed by major critics including Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, and Decanter.
