What grape varieties are grown in Thurgau?

Thurgau's winemakers chase ripeness on the lake-warmed slopes where reds edge out whites, yet keep their wines lean—silky Pinot Noir and crisp Müller-Thurgau that taste of cool nights and deeper soils than the valley floor.
