The winery produces wines from Godello and Mencia, grapes that thrive in Valdeorras' slate-rich soils and Atlantic-influenced climate. Its flagship releases—Nobleza Old Vines Mencia and Nobleza Old Vines Godello—draw from mature vineyard parcels. The Nobleza Old Vines Mencia, made from the region's signature dark-skinned variety, has been rated by Wine Spectator, Wine Enthusiast, and Wine Advocate. The Nobleza Old Vines Godello, crafted from Galicia's premier white grape, similarly earned recognition from the same prestige critics.
