The Amarone della Valpolicella, made from dried grapes in the traditional appassimento method, represents the winery's most prestigious offering, earning recognition from Wine Advocate, Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, Decanter, and Falstaff. The Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore follows a similar varietal blend, employing the ripasso technique—a secondary maceration that deepens structure and complexity.
