Fattori operates in Verona, at the heart of Veneto's classical wine country. The winery draws on the region's signature grapes—Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Durella—to craft wines of structure and depth. Its Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva, a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, represents the appassimento tradition: dried grapes that yield concentrated, complex reds with the power and aging potential Amarone demands. The Col de la Bastia Amarone della Valpolicella follows the same varietal path, offering another expression of the style. A distinct counterpoint comes via the Roncà di Roncà Lessini Durello, a white wine built on Durella, the crisp, mineral-driven grape native to the Lessini hills.
