The winery produces three flagship reds that reflect both local tradition and considered blending. Armaiolo marries Sangiovese with Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon, building structure and depth. Poggio Uliveto Vino Nobile di Montepulciano draws on the Prugnolo Gentile clone alongside Canaiolo Nero and Mammolo—grapes native to Montepulciano's terroir.
