Scarbolo

Scarbolo produces wines from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the northeastern Italian region renowned for crisp, mineral-driven whites. The winery's portfolio centers on the indigenous and international varieties that define the area: Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Moscato. My Time blends Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay into a structured white. Areore similarly combines Tocai Friulano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. ILRamato, a Moscato expression, rounds out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Wine Enthusiast, reflecting the winery's engagement with international critical evaluation. The house demonstrates a commitment to the regional typicity and precision that characterize Friuli's best producers.
