Scarbolo produces wines from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the northeastern Italian region renowned for crisp, mineral-driven whites. The winery's portfolio centers on the indigenous and international varieties that define the area: Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Moscato. My Time blends Friulano, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay into a structured white. Areore similarly combines Tocai Friulano, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. ILRamato, a Moscato expression, rounds out the core range. These wines have been assessed by Wine Spectator, Wine Advocate, Falstaff, and Wine Enthusiast, reflecting the winery's engagement with international critical evaluation.
