The winery's portfolio centers on the appassimento method—the traditional drying of grapes that defines Valpolicella's most prestigious wines. Three flagship expressions showcase the house style: the 1888 Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva, a blend of Rondinella, Corvina, Corvina Veronese, and Molinara; the Dieci Anni Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva, built from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella; and the Plenum Amarone della Valpolicella, which combines Corvina, Rondinella, Corvina Veronese, and Molinara.
